Documentation

The GDHP line of integrated gas detectors is specifically designed for HVAC-R applications with extended-lifespan and low-maintenance requirements. It features a selection of fixed point detectors, available for A1, A2 and A3 refrigerant gasses.

GDHP detectors are engineered to operate seamlessly as a one-stop autonomous solution or as part of an integrated gas detection system. They are available with direct transistor output, analogue (4-20mA) or addressable (Modbus RTU) communication with optional integrated SPDT relays.

The detectors are simple to install and operate. All configurations of the GDHP provide an extended lifespan of more than 10 years with zero maintenance and calibration requirements. They are also equipped with a self-diagnostic function, which constantly monitors the condition of the sensor and signal lines, and alerts in case of fault.

Benefits:

  • Cost-effective specification: GDHP detectors are designed to deliver maximum value with no unnecessary complexity. In applications where calibration and maintenance are not a feasible option, the GDHP provides the necessary flexibility and reliability, without the need for high initial investment.
  • Zero calibration and maintenance: All sensors configurations of the GDHP offer excellent stability with negligible long-term output drift. This means that GDHP detectors do not require regular calibration or maintenance once they have been installed.
  • Selection of output options: To ensure compatibility and ease of integration, GDHP detectors are available with a variety of output signal configurations. Choose between analogue, Modbus or direct transistor out, with optional 3 integrated SPDT relays.
